At 34 years old and a year away from turning 35, I decided it was time to get serious and do something to lose the weight I was carrying and ensure my overall health and wellness. I’ve struggled with weight loss since my teens and have fluctuated between 126 lbs. and 204 lbs. on my 5’5” body frame. In June of 2012, I started eating a healthier diet, drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day and doing cardio exercises 4-5 times a week. By September 2012, I had lost a few pounds but couldn’t see any physical changes in my body. I continued on “my” plan, and by December 2012, had put back on the weight I’d lost in the past six months and hit a wall.

Reluctantly, I agreed to the challenge but was skeptical that “another program” would give me the results I wanted. I completed the challenge on February 13, and proudly lost 6.2 lbs. and 11 inches.*
I have now lost a total of 32.3 lbs and 29.5 inches and have dropped 6 pant sizes.
