Cereals–should have a limit of 6 grams of sugar per serving and at least 3 grams dietary fiber per serving. Good choices = Kashi Heart to Heart, Kashi Autumn Harvest, Barbara’s Cinnamon Puffins, Plain and Multigrain Cheerios and plain steel-cut oatmeal. Limit serving to 1 cup.
