I have to admit this one isn’t an actual recipe, but I felt I had to share.
As a mom, I try real hard to teach my children good nutrition habits, and sometimes it’s difficult.
This weekend, they wanted muffins for breakfast, but of course – there’s not a lot of protein in there.
So, in addition to the mix, we added fresh blueberries and two scoops of Vanilla Muscle Gain.
After I filled the muffin pans, my son licked the spoon.
I held my breath… wondering if he’d notice what I’d done. He said it tasted awesome, just like he knew it would.
I made 18 muffins, and between the five of us – there were only two left. Success!!
