Directions:

  • Empty AdvoCare Meal Replacement Shake powder into coffee mug.
  • Add about a tablespoon of water
  • Mix (should be about cake batter consistency)
  • Microwave for 1:20-30.
  • Voila… 24 grams of protein!

I chose berry flavor, made the muffin and broke off pieces to snack on throughout the morning. Yum!

  1. I tried it with the Chocolate Mocha and it was TERRIBLE!! I had such high hopes too. Not too sure if I would try it again. It was dry, dry, dry and had no flavor. Bummed 😦

  2. I made the vanilla muffin and it was moist. I used 4 tablespoons of water, added cinnamon and walnut pieces then microwaved it for 1:20. Taste was ok. I will do it again, but next time I’m going to add cocoa powder.

  3. I tried it with the Chocolate Mocha and it turned out WONDERFUL!!. Three tablespoons of water, and microwaved for 1:30.

  4. Mint Chocolate Brownie was pretty dang good. I coated the cup with coconut oil to prevent sticking, which worked fantastic. I only used 3 tbsp of water and would recommend 4 as it was a little on the dry side.
